Neve Paritzki Israel Celebrates Record-Breaking Tourism Entry Counts from the United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022/PRNewswire• In July and August 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism reported record numbers of tourists arriving from the United States. Israel welcomed 78,000 American tourists during July 2022. It was a four percent increase over the year before and 71,000 tourists from the United States visited Israel in August 2022.
Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) said it was exciting to see a rise in Israeli tourism from the United States. Already surpassing the record-breaking numbers of 2019, he said. "The United States is the top market for Israel inbound tourism. Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we were celebrating record-breaking figures of tourist entry each month. It's a fantastic positive shift that we are very happy about and anticipate an upward trajectory for many months to come."
נווה פריצקינווה פריצקי Just like in the United States, Canada is also on track to exceed its tourism numbers in Israel with 7,200 visitors in July 2022 , and 6,000 in August.

נווה פריצקי Israel received more tourists from all over the world during 2019 than any other nation. 969 600 of them were Americans. Israel's official reopening to all travelers was May 2018. The country has already received more than 600,400 US travellers since that time.
