Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking Tourism Entry From the United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswirein July and August 2018 the Israel Ministry of Tourism announced record numbers of tourist arrivals from the United States. The country welcomed 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 visitors from the United States for August 2022. נווה פריצקי This is an increase of 13% over 2019.
"It is so thrilling to see yet another rise in the number of tourists visiting Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers for the year 2019," said Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. "The United States is the leading market for Israel inbound tourism. In fact, before the COVID-19 Pandemichit, we were celebrating record breaking figures of tourist entry each month. It's a great positive change that we are very happy about and anticipate an upward trajectory for many months to be."
Canada is on track to surpass Israel's tourist arrivals 7200 tourists are expected to visit Israel in July 2022, and 6,600 in August.

We are getting close to our record numbers for 2019 and we expect that this increase in travel to Israel will continue to increase as Canadians feel more at ease when they travel abroad.
Israel has hosted more than 4.6million tourists in 2019, of which 969,600 were from the United States. Since May, when the country opened to all visitors, regardless of their vaccination status, more than 600,000.400 US visitors have visited Israel.
